Bill has over 40 years experience working in drainage within Wellington. With extensive knowledge of the Wellington drainage division you can be confident that you will get an answer to your issue. Silver Lining Contracting (SLC) was created after Bill Wilkie left Wellington City Council, Citioperations after 40 years.

He started Silver Lining Contracting with the help of his wife Robyn and son, Mason, back in 2011 and was primarily focused on installation of fibre and minor drainage jobs.

Now, SLC is an approved contractor for the Wellington City Council and Wellington Water Alliance contract.
